Chimineas painted but not finished.

Little update on the chiminies. Can't work on these this evening because i need daylight to get the colouring right. Even with my daylight lamp it's hard to see if it's right.

  1. These are fab Nikki, even the insides are the right colour! I can't wait to see the finished article! :o)) There's something very homely and comforting about them too. :o))

  4. I've tried to leave comments before but evidently Firefox doesn't like this type of comment box. (It works on the one that opens with a new window for comments, tho. Go figure.) Anyway, it was worth it to open up IE today to tell you how much I love these pieces. The painting job is brilliant and the squiggly tops are perfect! Can't wait to see them finished. You do such great work, Nikki.

  5. Nikki, we have real chimineas here in Tucson. The ones that we have are pretty small and used outside on patios for warmth. Love yours. Very cute!
